
Homemade Dressing

Ingredients:
- Approximately 24 Ounces of Fat Free Chicken Broth
- 1 Cake (or pan) of Cornbread
- Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
- 4 or 5 Eggs, Well Beaten
- 12 Ounce Bag of Pepperidge Farms Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
- 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 3 or 4 Stalks of Celery (Finely Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Sage
Equipment:
- 13 x 9 Casserole Dish
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Long Handle Wooden Spoon
- Oven
- PAM Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- Sharp Knife
- Stove
Pre-Preparation:
- Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350oF.
- Mix cornbread and stuffing mix together.
- Saute' onions & celery.
- Add sage to the mix.
- Add sauteed onions & celery to mix.
- Add broth to mix but not so much that the mix is soggy.
- Add eggs & mix well.
- Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and cook for 45-50 minutes.
- Once baked and plated you can then add some Dressing & Turkey Gravy over the top of the dressing.
