Strawberry Frosting

Ingredients:

• 1 Pound Bag/Box of Powdered Sugar (4 Cups)
• ¹/₂ Cup of Chopped Strawberries (DO NOT DRAIN)
• ¹/₂ a Stick of Butter (Softened) (¹/₄ Cup)

Equipment:

• Medium Mixing Bowl
• Mixer

Pre-Preparation:

1. Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. If frosting appears too runny, add more powdered sugar unti you reach proper consistency for a frosting.
3. Apply frosting over Strawberry Cake
