Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 Box Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Cup Nuts, Chopped (Optional)
  • 1 Stick Margarine (1/2 Cup Butter)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3-4 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 6-8 Tablespoons Whole Milk

Equipment:

  • Measuring Spoons
  • Stand or Hand Mixer
  • Batter Spatula
  • Medium Mixing Bowl

Pre-Preparation:

  1. Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.

Directions:

  1. Bring margarine, milk, and cocoa powder to a boil.
  2. Once mixture has come to boil stir and remove from heat.
  3. Pour heated mixture over powdered sugar and combine with mixer.
  4. Add in Vanilla and nuts and mix again to combine.
  5. Pour frosting over hot Quick Chocolate Fudge Cake
