Lemon Glaze

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Fresh Lemon
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Washed & Dried Lemon Zest
Equipment:
- Medium Mixing Bowl Eating Utensil Teaspoon
- Grater
Pre-Preparation:
- Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.
Directions:
- In a Medium-Sized Bowl, add Powdered Sugar.
- Wash and Dry your Lemon
- Facing the large round holes side of your grater (Block Cheese Side). On the grater, grate 1 Teaspoon of Lemon Rind 2 or 3 passes or grates to create your Lemon Zest. Add this to your bowl.
- Cut Washed, Dried, & Zested Fresh Lemon in half; squeeze both slices into the bowl (NO SEEDS) with the Powdered Sugar, & Lemon Zest.
- Then, using Eating Utensil Teaspoon stir until well blended.
- Glaze will be thick and a little runny.
- Apply glaze over Lemon Pound Cake
