Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Stick Margarine (2 Tablespoons Butter)
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 7 Teaspoons Whole Milk

Equipment:

  • Measuring Cups
  • Long Handle Wooden Spoon
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Stand or Hand Mixer
  • Batter Spatula
  • Medium Mixing Bowl

Pre-Preparation:

  1. Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.

Directions:

  1. Mix together Margarine or Butter, Cocoa Powder, & Powdered Sugar.
  2. MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS LAST: Add in 1 Teaspoon of Milk and check consistency. If frosting is too thick or dry, add more milk.
