
Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients:
- 1/4 Stick Margarine (2 Tablespoons Butter)
- 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 7 Teaspoons Whole Milk
Equipment:
- Measuring Cups
- Long Handle Wooden Spoon
- Measuring Spoons
- Stand or Hand Mixer
- Batter Spatula
- Medium Mixing Bowl
Pre-Preparation:
- Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.
Directions:
- Mix together Margarine or Butter, Cocoa Powder, & Powdered Sugar.
- MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS LAST: Add in 1 Teaspoon of Milk and check consistency. If frosting is too thick or dry, add more milk.
