
Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 Box of Chocolate Cake Mix (made as directions indicate)
- 1 Teaspoon All-Purpose Flour (to allow cake to rise more)
Equipment:
- 12-14 Inch Serrated Cake/Bread Knife
- 13 x 9 Cake Taker
- 13 x 9 Oblong Cake Pan
- Baker's Joy Baking Spray
- Batter Spatula
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Long Handle Wooden Spoon
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons
- Oven
- Oven Mitts
- Stand/Hand Mixer
- Stove
Pre-Preparation:
- Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking
Directions:
- Preheat oven to the temperature indicated on your box of cake mix.
- Mix together all ingredients as required by your box of cake mix, plus the small amount flour.
- Spray pan with Baker's Joy Baking Spray.
- Pour mixture into your 13 x 9 oblong cake pan.
- Bake for time indicated for a 13 x 9 cake on your box of cake mix.
- After baking let cake stand on oven for 15 minutes.
- After cooling for 15 minutes, gently invert cake out onto a 13 x 9 cake taker and apply Peanut Butter Chocolate Frosting while cake is still hot.
- Store in a 13 x 9 Cake Taker.
