Squash Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Ritz Cracker Crumbs
- 1 Beaten Egg
- 1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 3 Cups Cooked & Mashed Squash
- 1, 8 Ounce Bag of Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
Equipment:
- Measuring Cups
- Long Handle Wooden Spoon
- Oven
- Stand or Hand Mixer
- Large Mixing Bowl
- PAM Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 13 x 9 Casserole Dish
- Chopper
- Grater
Pre-Preparation:
- Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375oF.
- Butter your casserole dish
- In a large mixing bowl, mix half your stuffing mix together with other ingredients until well combined.
- Pour mixture into casserole dish.
- Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over the top of the casserole mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
