Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

• 8 Ounce Stick of Cream Cheese
• 3-4 Tablespoons Butter
• 3-4 Cups Powdered Sugar
• 2-3 Tablespoons Milk
• 10 Ounces Crushed Pineapple, Strained

Equipment:

• Stand Mixer
• Wooden Spoon
• Medium Mixing Bowl

Pre-Preparation:

1. Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking

Directions:

1. Using mixer, combine all ingredients until well mixed together.
2. Apply icing over Pineapple Pound Cake
