Ingredients:

  • 1 Whole Pork Loin
  • 1 Cup Vinegar
  • BBQ Sauce of Choice

Equipment:

  • Crockpot
  • Tongs
  • Long Handle Wooden Spoon

Pre-Preparation:

  1. Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.
  2. Layout pork loin overnight to be thawed by morning so you can put it in crockpot for dinner that night. OR
  3. You could lay the pork loin out the night before you plan to cook it to be thawed by morning and put the pork loin on to be ready by lunch.

Directions:

  1. Drop Pork Loin in crockpot as mentioned above, on low.
  2. Add in vinegar and cover.
  3. Cook for as long as possible. (About 6-8 hours)
  4. Once you are ready to eat it pull the pork loin apart.
  5. Stir in your favorite BBQ sauce and enjoy.
