Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Cup Whole Milk
  • 2 Cup All-Purpose or Self-Rising Flour
  • 2 Stick (1 Cup) Butter
  • 4 Teaspoons Baking Powder (Only needed if you use All-Purpose Flour)
  • 2-3 Cans of Peach Pie Filling

Equipment:

  • Mixer
  • Oven
  • Casserole Dish
  • PAM Cooking Spray
  • Sifter
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Measuring Cups
  • Spatula
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Wooden Spoon

Pre-Preparation:

  1. Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350oF.
  2. In casserole dish, spray with PAM
  3. Place your butter in casserole dish and place in oven to melt.
  4. While your butter melts, sift flour and baking powder in mixing bowl. If using Self-Rising Flour skip sifting, just add your flour to the mixing bowl and proceed to step 5.
  5. Then add sugar, and milk in mixing bowl and mix with mixer to start combining ingredients, then use wooden spoon to complete combining.
  6. Once butter has melted remove casserole dish from oven.
  7. Then, pour mixture into casserole dish and spread evenly.
  8. Next, add in your peach filling.
  9. Return casserole dish back to oven.
  10. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
