
Cherry Cobbler

Ingredients:
- 2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Cup Whole Milk
- 2 Cup All-Purpose or Self-Rising Flour
- 2 Stick (1 Cup) Butter
- 4 Teaspoons Baking Powder (Only needed if you use All-Purpose Flour)
- 2-3 Cans of Cherry Pie Filling
Equipment:
- Stand/Hand Mixer
- Oven
- 13 x 9 Casserole Dish
- PAM Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- Sifter
- Measuring Spoons
- Measuring Cups
- Batter Spatula
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Long Handle Wooden Spoon
Pre-Preparation:
- Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350oF.
- In casserole dish, spray with PAM.
- Place your butter in casserole dish and place in oven to melt.
- While your butter melts, sift flour and baking powder in mixing bowl. If using Self-Rising Flour skip sifting, just add your flour to the mixing bowl and proceed to step 5.
- Then add sugar, and milk in mixing bowl and mix with mixer to start combining ingredients, then use wooden spoon to complete combining.
- Once butter has melted remove casserole dish from oven.
- Then, pour mixture into casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Next, add in your apple pie filling.
- Return casserole dish back to oven.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
