Chocolate Delight

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Sticks Margarine or Butter
- 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Small Cool Whip Containers
- 2 Small Packages of Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 3 Cups Milk
Equipment:
- Stand or Hand Mixer
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Wooden Spoon
- Refrigerator
Pre-Preparation:
- Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking
Directions:
- Combine flour, melted margarine, and 1/2 cup pecans.
- Mix well and press into a 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 Degrees for 15 minutes.
- Cool completely
- Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 container of Cool Whip.
- Spread over crust.
- Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Combining pudding and milk.
- Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes and spread over cream cheese layer.
- Return to refrigerator to chill.
- Remove from refrigerator to apply a final container of Cool Whip over pudding layer and sprinkle with remainder of pecans.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
