
Quick Chocolate Fudge Cake

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs (Beaten)
- 2 Sticks Margarine (1 Cup Butter)
- 3-4 Tablespoons Cocoa
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Equipment:
- 2 Quart Saucepan
- 12-14 Inch Serrated Cake/Bread Knife
- 13 x 9 Cake Taker
- 13 x 9 Oblong Cake Pan
- Baker's Joy Baking Spray
- Batter Spatula
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Long Handle Wooden Spoon
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons
- Oven
- Sifter
- Stand or Hand Mixer
- Stove
Pre-Preparation:
- Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350oF.
- In a large bowl, sift flour and sugar together, set aside.
- Put margarine, water, cocoa in saucepan and bring to boil.
- Pour saucepan mixture over flour and sugar mixture and mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients, blend until smooth.
- Mixture will be very thin.
- Spray your 13 x 9 oblong cake pan.
- Pour mixture in your 13 x 9 oblong cake pan.
- Bake for 20-30 Minutes.
- Once cake has cooled, frost cake with [Chocolate Fudge Frosting]1
- Store cake in 13 x 9 Cake Taker
