Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Box of Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Stick of Margarine (Melted)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Corn Meal
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Cups Pecans (Haves or Chopped)

Equipment:

  • 2 8" or 9" Unbaked (frozen) Pie Crusts
  • 2 Cookie Sheets
  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Oven
  • Mixer
  • Wooden Spoon

Pre-Preparation:

  1. Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300oF-325oF.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until fluffy.
  3. Add in other ingredients and blend.
  4. Pour mixture into your pie crusts and smooth out the top.
  5. Bake for 45 Minutes
