Pecan Pie

Ingredients:
- 1 Box of Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Stick of Margarine (Melted)
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Corn Meal
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 Cups Pecans (Haves or Chopped)
Equipment:
- 2 8" or 9" Unbaked (frozen) Pie Crusts
- 2 Cookie Sheets
- 1 Large Mixing Bowl
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons
- Oven
- Mixer
- Wooden Spoon
Pre-Preparation:
- Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300oF-325oF.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until fluffy.
- Add in other ingredients and blend.
- Pour mixture into your pie crusts and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 45 Minutes
