Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil in pan
  • Salt & Pepper

Equipment:

  • 12in Cast Iron Frying Pan
  • Freezer Storage Bags
  • Oven
  • Stove

Pre-Preparation:

  1. Lay out all ingredients/equipment 15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 Degrees.
  2. Heat your frying pan and oil on the stove over medium heat till your oil gets good and hot, not smoking.
  3. Place 1 Pork Chop, 2 cups flour, salt and pepper in a freezer storage bag and seal bag.
  4. Shake the bag to flour and season the pork chop until the meat is well coated, if 2 cups isn't a enough you can add a little more.
  5. Repeat step 4 for all your pork chops.
  6. Once that is done add to frying pan
  7. Cook until pork chop browns on both sides.
  8. Once pork chops are brown in color, slide pork chops, pan directly into oven to bake for 30-40 minutes.
  9. Once done serve and enjoy.
