A word of caution before you jump in to the tables below. You might need a little clarification of what some things mean, why they are included, or just general clarification:

Bulk Material Costs Chart: You might be wondering why I would include Bulk Material Costs on this calculator. The simple answer is because I feel it is best to have all the information needed before showing you a bunch of calculations, that without this information, it would be very hard to assertain where this information came from. Also, I should note most of this imformation was more to help me calculate things more than anything else. So, as far the average person is concerned you could just skim this information but, for the most part it has no REAL bearing on the final costs to YOU.

Comp and Save Ink Yields Chart: Why I would include Ink Yields on this calculator? It is included to show what kind of Ink Yields the CompandSave Cartridges produce. Whereby, this gives you an idea of how to calculate things like: cost per page, how much ink a project will use in respect to the amount of ink one can squeeze out of a cartridge.

Comp And Save Ink Costs Chart: This one should be pretty obvious why it exists. This is so you know the breakdown of how much it costs per page in ink for the project.

Southworth Blue Parchment Paper Costs Chart: This is a complete breakdown of how much each sheet of paper costs me every time I purchase a box of this specialty paper.

Scotch Lamination Costs Chart: This is again another full breakdown of how many pouches come in a pack, how much each one of those pouches costs me, and how much those pouches cost me over the course of the entire project.

Stanley Utility Knife Costs Chart: This is a breakdown of how much my utility blades cost me over the course of the project. This is especially critical information when you consider how FAST trimming lamination will eat through and/or gum up a razor blade. That is why you will see I calculated 2 blades per project.

Cinch Binding Costs Chart: This is breakdown of the cost of binding materials (ie. wire) for a book. Each book requires 1 wire out of a 2 wire package.

3M 150-Grit Sandpaper Costs Chart: This is breakdown of the cost of sandpaper needed for the various stages of sanding the edges of a book-for safety reason and to keep the edges of the finished book from having sharp, dangerous edges in your hands.

Total Project Material Costs Chart: This the total cost of ALL materials required for the project.

Labor Itemization Chart: This is just something I am including to give you an idea of what the process is like, the time involved, and the physical labor incurred.

Labor Costs Chart: I am including this to show what I feel my time is worth PER book. This flat rate is the labor cost per COMPLETE book. Thus, why it is a flat rate. I came up with this amount based on how much work is involved in a book for me. The lamination trim can take hours alone, as you can see from the "Labor Itemization Chart".

Shipping Costs: Should you want your book shipped to you I have provided details of what method I will use to ship the book to you. I will ship book(s) UPON REQUEST ONLY. Please fill out the Contact Melink to submit your request.

Total Costs: This is the total cost calculations-minus the shipping costs, as those costs are determined depending on where the book is going.

Final Note: Your copy will ship out approximately 3 days AFTER payment is received, processed, and in-hand. This is due to the fact that this book is hand made and takes a lot of time to print, laminate each sheet, trim, reheat laminate to reseal after trimming, bind and ship.
